2.  Middle School Assembly Update
FYI - we may need to push back the assembly as there may be a conflict with set-up for our assembly on the 21st.  More on this later this week.

3.  FYI - Step-Up day this year is May 31.

4.  Middle School Gym use - after a few more conversations and clarity around need  with Katie B, the Gym will not be available for the following listed dates:

All of March and the first week of April.  This may change given snow days.. etc.  I will let everyone know.

5.  New Recess/Lunch supervision/times.

Beginning March 6, 2019, we will split middle school lunch and recess into the following times.

8th grade Lunch 12:00- 12:17
7th grade Recess - 12:00 - 12:17

8th grade Recess - 12:17 - 12:34
7th grade Lunch - 12:17 - 12:34

We are changing the lunch/recess schedule beginning March 6 to better accommodate the change in recess location.  We also feel the change supports better supervision for both recess and lunch times.  There will be a reduction in eating times for kids - however - we notice that most students are done eating around 15 minutes into the lunch period.  There will be one adult in the lunchroom and two adults in the allocated recess areas.  During the March and April period when the gym is not available we will utilize either the upstairs gym or go outside.  I will provide written notice to students this coming Friday.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

5. Outright Vermont will be presenting in math classroom

1123-1200 (37 minutes) - BLUE

1235-1250 (15 minutes) - SDR (green)

1250-127 (37 minutes) - GREEN

130-207 (37 minutes) - RED

210-247 (37 minutes) - YELLOW
