2.  ELOx information

1/15/19 - HS department meetings - used to plan offerings using this document

• List of students who need recovery will already be populated by indicator & assessment (there will also be a D/F list populated for seniors)
• There will be 4 ELO-X blocks available - each is 80 minutes
• Should have 1 table for every teacher in your department in this document
• Try to plan activity for 1 block if possible, but be realistic about how long it will take students to finish!
• Plan all recovery first, if there are additional blocks available then plan an enrichment activity
• Within department, try to make assignments as equitable as possible
• The students will be scheduled for recovery based on the offerings in this document, if students have an open block, they can sign up for an enrichment

1/16 - 1/21/19 - behind the scenes - schedules finalized, Enriching Students set up, recovery students pre-booked

1/22/19 - inservice day - teacher schedules handed out - 1 hour available for lesson planning

1/23 - 1/31/19 - TA and classroom announcements (scripted) of offerings available

1/29/19 - change Learning Community meetings to lesson planning time - 1 hour

2/1/19 - long TA - all students sign up for all 4 blocks

Monday 2/4 and Tuesday 2/5 - ELO-X blocks
